Hello bit of an incident on the bike has left me with a stable fracture to posterior section of lumber spine.
Im up and walking tenderly and released with just pain management but i forgot to ask healing times .. Im driving to Morrzine for 2 weeks in 6 weeks will i die ?
Obviously i will call my doctor in the morning but being relatively immobile means scanning bike sites and not much to do today
I did t12 a few years ago on 31 March. I walked the nijemegen 4daagse in July.
I'd say you'll be almost right with the fracture but your muscles will be weaker.
Ps not a doctor just 1st hand experience.

Go to a good physio and learn how to get it taped. I'm not a doc, YMMV.
