Anyone ever put a claim in against a landlord? I'm in the process and rang them, they said I need to register it online but I can't see how? I've tried to join the DPS but it will only let you join if you're a Landlord, Organisation or Agent.

What's your actual issue?
DPS is one of the schemes where the landlord might protect your deposit - so may not even apply to you.

Deposit dispute, Estate Agent have told us to go through them.

Assuming your deposit is with DPS you login here [url= https://www.depositprotection.com/login ]https://www.depositprotection.com/login[/url]
The landlord / agent should provide you with the reference for this.
