If he wins a second term the US is going to be a no-go zone for travellers, it'll be riddled with Covid-19 for years to come even if they manage to make a vaccine. You can guarantee that first supplies will go to the rich and wealthy with the poor and marginalised at the back of the queue. If he loses and we get someone else then they will have a massive amount of crap to undo in addition to dealing with the mess of Covid-19 which will take years.

That Obama speech is rubbish. Not one claim of fake news, they're a bad person, how great he is, how he's doing better than any other country. Just encouragement to the future generation.
Obama was, in my view, one of the best Presidents there has been. He was held back by the Republican controlled upper house.
