I have tried the numbers advertised on their website, 100 and 150 and each time I hear an automated voice. If I'm lucky I get an option that takes me back to the main menu, if I'm really lucky, by pressing 7 or 9 I can "quit". However, it seems there is no human being on the end of the phone. The menus are ridiculously long and beginning to infuriate me! I can't even email them my query 😯 Am I missing something and being a real bimbo or is it that BT doesn't like to "talk" to their customers anymore. "Rant" over.

Can someone let me know how I speak to a human being please? Thank you.

Bit of a long shot, but if you tweet, I find that BT FAIL in the tweet usually evokes a response from a real life person - no really!

No but was with someone at the weekend who used to work in a BT call centre and said they used to just unplug their phone so when the call did get through there was no one there. They'd just chat between themselves with headsets on to look like they were on a call. Brilliantly inept of their management!
