As per the title really. My laptop is dead so need a new one and it's mostly used when I go away to plan routes on Memory Map 2004 and transfer to GPS.

Most Windows 7 laptops come with 64bit OS and the help page on Memory Maps website is unclear.

Anyone running this setup?

Thanks

Boris

I think Win7 has a compatibility mode, so it will run any older programs in a rolled-back version of Windows.

I'm running MM v5 on a Windows 7 64bit laptop, and it just runs straight off (no compatibility mode shenanigans as far as I'm aware) if that's any help...

It can be flakey IME - crashing when clicking off a map tile for instance. But that may be my, ahem, differently acquired copy.

Cheers,
Jamie
