I seem to be sore all over these days.

left wrist is sore, left knee hurts when I push on it from 90 degrees to about 95 degrees (when I stand up)((Ligaments?)) and my lower back is giving me jip now too.

Wrist and knee feel like the tendons / ligaments may be suffering and back feels like I overdid the garden at the weekend, which is odd cos I didn't do the garden....What have I done and how can I cure it?

Am I falling apart?

I'm off to the Apls in three weeks!!!!!!!

Your problem is that you seem to think this is NHS Direct... In the nicest possible way, wouldn't it be more sensible to go and consult a medical professional firsthand? That way you might actually get an accurate diagnosis rather than a load of speculation.

Q: Have you passed 35yo recently?

Then it is the fact you are getting old.

Now. Please see your doctor for a propper opinion.

Though lets be honest a GP's only going to say rest up for a few weeks and come back and see me again if things haven't improved.

Poo. I'm 41 so am officially "OLD" then.

I was hoping someone clever would say something like "you have a deficiancy in XXX, take some of these YYYY tablets and you'll see a vast improvement in a few days"

A doctor might say that!why don't you ask one instead of lots of people who work in IT !!?

rest for a few days and see how it goes. It sounds like you've overdone yourself doing something (doing a lot of riding to get ready for the alps?!)

hope you feel better soon 🙂

I once went to the docs he said he wasn't too sure what was wrong but i could try getting a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th opinion off STW. We've been co-opted as a branch of the NHS.

Have you been bitten by anything- any marks on your skin recently that might have turned slightly sceptic?

Or

Have you had unprotected sex with a man or a woman recently?
