Going to buy a hula hoop. I can buy a normal one now or wait a week for a weighted one.
I'm impatient , is a weighted one better?

Weighed one is best for exercise (apparently). But any exercise one will be heavier than a kids one.....?

I'm sure argos do one if that helps?

The shop had a weighted one . I thought it was going to be a piece of piss.
It's huge. Still, I like a challenge.

Sounds like a long weight.

Buy a normal one - then you can experience waitlessness.

If you do get a weighted one, watch out for the bruises on your hips.

This lady cannot hula no matter how much I try! I could do it easypeasy as a child but now? No way! I've got a weighted hoop and the bruises to prove it.
I've watched various video instructions on t'interweb, but it just doesn't work. I wonder if a light/normal hoop will be easier to try?

Can't be that hard - Grace Jones can sing a whole song live whilst doing it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I can now do it as long as I dont have to breathe.
Certainly feel it in my stomach muscles. I have to go really fast to keep it up how people do it slowly I don't know.
