I saw that - rubbish - especially Nick Knowles telling people not to do any DIY, even put up a shelf or paint.

We all must stop DIYing it ourselves or the Big Society will fail.
Except where services are currently provided by the state, then we must DIY it for ourselves, or better DIY it for others.
