My original point was that you don't have an "allowance" to do with as you wish. It's not about fairness or 'they're using more than me that means I can use more'. It's about cutting down what's not necessary. And if you think a digital photo frame is necessary then you need a good hard look at your life.
Now I'm feeling [b]so[/b] guilty - I use 2 24" monitors side by side, a 4 core CPU with watercooling, 5TB disk storage and I have the TV on too 🙁 I should be using a pedal-powered netbook...

If enough people vote Green that's precisely what will happen - you'd have a personal quota of Carbon (i.e., your energy use would be rationed).
I wonder how many people who vote Green realise this...
