To counter the praise, with touching modesty , I shouldn't have allowed my weight to increase
to what it did. I'm only 5' 9" yet I'd hit 18st 3lb when I decided to take action.

Once again though kids - I appreciate the congtrat's

*wonders if berm bandit is taking the piss*

Nope, would have done had I thought of it, but I didn't so no I wasn't.

Just wondering if you would mind me nabbing the pics to use when I'm coaching? I know people don't get it when you tell em about the risk, perhaps this would help get the message over.

Berm Bandit - please feel free to re-use the pics for use in any training literature or presentation.

I'd be honoured to help prevent a potentially fatal injury.

Are you teaching them that if they use bar end plugs, they'll lose 51 lbs?

and emsz can ride you like a pony and you won't even notice

Blimey - losing 102lbs would be quite an achievement but to expect emsz to "change buses" and then ride me is asking a bit much ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Blimey, I'd not recognise you if I met you again; there's slightly less of you than when I had a ride in the back of your car at HTN. Good work.

You were too busy jigging on the podium.

The prize at next years HtN is DS's missing 51 lbs.

Well done! When I first saw the first pic (In the injuries thread) I wasn't sure if it was that size due to swelling ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜ฏ Much better now - doesn't put me off my tea

Ah jeeze Harry Spider no need! Now I've got that idea stuck in me head. Nasty. ๐Ÿ˜ก

Besides, that's considerably less than 51lbs of fayt.

Derek; you'll always be Starbelly to me. ๐Ÿ™‚

Fair play; that's a proper achievement, that.

Being tiny does not in any way seem to stop Emsz from fighting in pubs though. ๐Ÿ˜

Well done DS.

A couple of pounds a month doesn't seem like a lot but over 2 years that's one hell of an achievement. Put into perspective, it's the equivalent of two of these:-

Being tiny does not in any way seem to stop Emsz from fighting in pubs though.

I wasn't fighting in the pub, I was there minding my own business, and got in the way of a couple of idiots fighting in the pub.

I can put brackets round some bits if it makes it clearer for you ๐Ÿ˜†

Having seen that pick of the bike it really does put the whole weight loss thingy into perspective non?

Fancy carrying two on-ones around with you each time you ride out..

Could be worse, could be two Ornage 5's.. Phah
