Whilst sitting here with the lamp on I was looking at the moon and the lamp must have attracted moths to the window as bats started to dart about then all of a sudden one of them flies straight into the window and hits it with a bang. Think it might need its sonar recalibrating.
bats are a protected species, are you windows certified for bats?
maybe it was a vampire bat & it was after you...
I count it as payback for all the crapping they do on my car 🙂

They used to fall down the chimney in our last house about once every couple of months. Usually they managed to climb back up straight off, but occasionally we had to open the doors and windows to get the buggers out, the challenge was to do it before the cats managed to catch the incredibly entertaining flying mouse...

Driving home on a particularly midgy evening I took my bike off the roof rack when i got home to find I had a bat shaped head tube badge.
I thought this was going to be an excuse for Kieswetter's performance in the World 20/20.
Driving into town last night we had to stop to pull a bat off the wiper blade. I still feel bad about hitting the poor little critter.
