Looking at buying a cottage that has been re-roofed, about 10 years ago, with Decra metal roofing tiles. Does anyone have any real life experience opinion on this roofing material. Thanks.

Decra comes with a "lifetime" warranty these days. Worth checking to see whether that applies to your cottage.

It’s been on my folks house for 30 years or so, no issues with it at all. It looks pretty new.
Be sure to check that the roof has good ventilation under the tiles and into the roof. If it isn’t ventilated the tiles will certainly outlast your roof timbers.
