Having today had our restaurant facilities at work withdrawn..........in exchange for a nice new sparkly Genesis io and a s/h spesh langster (yes,I know the wheels have to go).

Am busy packing out my lunch box.

Chicken sarnies on Hovis seed sensations rich and roasted with Flora light ,ground black pepper and a pinch of Lo Salt are on the menu.Plus Yorkshire Tea Loaf and possibly Soreen Malt Loaf with a couple of satsumas.

Any ideas for the rest of the week?

Softee

Hold the mayo.

Prefer extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.

cheese. High in energy giving fat, doesn't leak, doesn't soak up water, takes up little space and tasty.

Is it only me that thought this thread was going to be about Linford Christie-style lycra bumps?

Grizzlygus - That's exactly the kind of mental image I was trying to fight off, so thanks for that.

To the OP - Bananas are one of my fave lunchbox snacks, but make sure you store it down the front of your shorts, not the back.

Peanut butter and beetroot certainly sounds an interesting combo.

Not a fan of peanut butter as allergic to wasp stings but as every cyclist knows you cant beat a good route.

grizzlygus
Definitely not at all sure about Polish salami.

Any more suggestions gratefully welcomed.
