A friend witnessed an incident in Cheltenham on Sunday, and has been significantly traumatised by what she thinks she saw...

Now, the best thing to do would be to contact the police and ask if they need witness statements, but at the mo it is difficult to engage as the friend is still not wanting to discuss

Anyone on here know about a cyclist being injured / cyclist fatality in Cheltenham at the weekend???
