The last couple of nights I have been doing flood work on the coast in Dorset and I have seen a phenomena 😆
Who are these middle aged cyclists who are pedalling around at 3 o' clock in the morning? It's very strange they are on shopper bikes and seem to be just cycling about. We came to the conclusion they are doggers who have been banned from driving.
Must of seen about 15 in the last few days.
