Started my application for a C2w scheme, how long does this take, initially application at shop 3 weeks ago, emails over 2 weeks, sent reminder today, doesnt seem any feed back and their phone no' does work!!

couple of months all in, spent some time waiting on signatures with my company HR department
The annoying part is the phone no' sounds like some kind of fax- O161, there seems to be no tie up of the various parties

c2w asked me to foreward info I had already given at the shop or from work!!!!
Did it last year - paper app completed at lunch and voucher emailed back by 5pm. Bike ordered that night and riding next day. Very smooth for my experience.
