I just made a Thai red curry and it was rather nice. Didn't put much chicken in but was plenty for two people but have loads of sauce left. Will it be safe if I freeze the sauce then defrost it as a cookin sauce for chicken at a later date?

Mate who works in the food industry claims if you cook a dog turd hot enough and for long enough then nothing in it could harm you! Oh and he's an ex manager at asda curries supplier, make of that what you will!
