[Closed] CRC Performance

Thought I would share this with you guys as we all like a moan now and again.

Over the last couple of weeks I have placed 5 small orders with CRC this is how my experience have varied.

Order placed:

16/09 - Friday around midday - to my surprise arrived 17/09 (Saturday)

I then placed 4 orders on Saturday - I placed 4 orders as I wanted to make the most of using voucher I had from previous order and then there weekend promotion.

24/09 @ 11:40 - Received 27/09 as expected

24/09 @ 12:12 - Despatched 26/09 but not yet delivered ~ expecting today

24/09 @ 15:20 - Despatched 27/09 ~ might arrive today if I'm lucky

24/09 @ 22:41 - Still processing ~ E-mailed them yesterday and was told it would be despatched but does not appear to be.

What I find interesting is that when a company claims to despatch orders within a certain time frame then this is what we expect.

The customer service guy that replied claimed they had received loads of orders over the weekend as they ran a promotion so where busier than normal.

I live in Cornwall so never expect things next day but do expect companies to try and deliver on there promising of dispatching an order.

Would be interesting to find out if anybody on here placed an order on Sunday and it had been despatched, as looking at how they processed my orders, looks to be done in order.
