Looks genuine to me. Not sure how entertaining it is, but the man seems to be enjoying himself. Aaaarshole!

I doubt this is genuine but still quite amusing.

Unfortunately, you have to read the comments to see the poster's replies. Which is why I think its genuine. Youtube comments are usually to be avoided at all costs!

Seems genuine to me.

Like a lot of 'brain' diseases you don't know whether to laugh or cry when you see the results.

Superficially it was hilarious; but the genuine distress in the guy's face, and the obvious stress he's under, tempered that dramatically. Then it was hilarious again. Wouldn't want to be him.

I don't think it's stress, just him trying to not release a tic. Just watched a few of his videos, and I'm almost certain its genuine, he's got gesticulation tics as well, clicking his fingers and slapping his head, seems pretty real and out of control to me.

Fortunately, he said he finds his condition hilarious when he looks back on it, hence why he posts it up. I think its arrrrsehoooooole funny too.

He says in the comments that his tics and violent movements give him a sense of 'release'.
Looks like he was hving fun, I certainly did, bloody hilarious!
Every credit to the guy for accepting that there's a humourous element to his condition and sharing things like that.
