Why don't people just use normal language? In one e-mailed sentence received today I have;
'Capacity'
'Liase'
'Engage'
In reply, yes I have time to go talk with X to see if he's contacted Y.

Such corporate-speak is used by thick, over promoted people in a vain attempt to disguise the fact that they are as thick as pigsh1t.

I think you need to engage with their shoe/wee interface needs as soon as you have the capacity.
