I've got a good bowlful after carving my pumpkin and I love the dried pumpkin seeds you get in seed and nut snack packets.

A quick search gives me either toasting (grill), frying or roasting... I'll add a bit of salt and chilli if possible but has anyone got a favourite method?

Ta...

personally, i roast em on a flat roasting tray thing in the oven, with salt and chilli powder on. just wash off all the bits of pumpkin flesh first, pat them dry (but be quite thorough) and then toss em in salt and chilli. spread them on the tray and stick it in the oven at about 150 degrees until they look done (ha!)

going to be doing this with mine in an hour or so.
