I want to harangue someone at Vodafone (mostly about how utterly useless their website is, particularly their "email support"). There used to be a freefone number on their site but I can't find it anymore - can only see an 08080 number which is chargeable.
Any advice?

Save your breath..whoever you speak to it won't be the right person...so they will then pass you to another holding queue or just cut you off.
[I've just sent in my termination notice today after 4 calls to 191 failed to get me speaking to the correct person]
No - I got it sorted!
They clarified the "No roaming charges" promotion for me. What the website doesn't tell you is that it doesn't include data which is charged at £4.99 per 3Mb. Shower of ****s!
I was also able to find out why they charged me £3.18 more than my monthly tariff - don't call Bank of Scotland from your mobile!
