[Closed] Computer help please - problem viewing flickr

Whenever I open up someones flickr (usually linked from here), and press on a picture to view it my computer decides to display a new window titled:
[i]Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library[/i]

The content reads:
[i]Runtime Error!

Program: C\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccProxy.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information
[/i]

And then won't let me carry on

I've found the application in my computer but I don't know what I can do with it, nor do I know who made the application so don't know who to call as it suggests

I never used to have a problem viewing flickr, I just want to use my computer!
Has anyone else had this problem or could just help generally?
