Previously/currently I've just used an external hard-drive, but think I really ought to do a remote back up too. Any recommendations, for small business use?

I've got an Office 365 business account and includes OneDrive much the same as a personal account does. I just stick everything business related in the OneDrive folder and it's in the cloud. I back up the same folder to my NAS which in turn backs up to an external drive.
An option for cheap archiving is Amazon Glacier. Noting that it's slow retrieval if you want stuff off it, but that allows it to be offered cheaply. Would need client software to use it but a lot of stuff about. My Synology NAS has support for it (I must take a look at that).
