This feels a bit like internet dating (and UK Climbing's probably a better place to ask) but does anyone on here climb in Edinburgh, more specifically at Alien Rock? My climbing buddy went off on a never-ending road trip with his Swedish bird and, with all due respect, my missus and I climb on different levels. You know how it is. So if anyone else happens to be looking for a climbing partner here I am pimping myself out.

The grade bit - I'm at 6b/c level but would like to be 7a+ with regular climbing over winter. I'll very happily try harder, likewise happy to go lower but for indoors its irrelevant anyway, huh?

I vary between Alien and Ratho, usually climbing every week or fortnight. I'm at 6b toprope at Ratho, 6a+ at Alien, and am desperately trying to sort out my leading head.

Al - fancy some falling practice? Nothing better for the lead head. Gimme a shout if you fancy it 🙂

How many times a week are you wanting to go and when? I am looking to get back into it. Used to be not bad.

SbZ - Only once or twice, but can make it to AR pretty soon after 4 so could get the most out of 3 hours before silly-busy hours from 7pm.
