In around a fortnights time, me, the wife and our 18month old nipper are spending 5 days in Cleethorpes. Has anyone got any suggestions for stuff to do. A couple of days need to be wife/nipper only stuff, as I'm taking a trip out to see the BBMF and hopefully some Eurofighters messing about out of Coningsby. So, what is there to do in or around Cleethorpes that is going to keep us all entertained?

As an expat from Grimsby, I can't offer advice on much to do there other than get out. Beach, arcades.

Hmmm Looks like It'll be a base for day trips then. Better get some more fuel money put aside. 😕
Nothing really to do, but depends what you are into? Most attractions other than Pleasure Island will require at least a small drive. Lincs Wolds steam railway, Elsham Hall, Rand Farm, Fishing Heritage Centre, Far Ings Nature reserve....umm thats about it. Maybe pop across the water to Hull for The Deep?
