My bloody cleaner has been using furniture polish on our TV screen - just realised last night!!! Well p'd off!!

I know you should use a microfibre cloth on it, but how do I have a hope of bringing it back to the state it should be in, so a microfibre cloth will be the only thing needed???

I don't know... but would a computer screen cleaner work?

Has the polish let a (Mr) sheen on the surface?

You want a solvent that will evaporate completely. Computer screen cleaner is just alcohol, so that may work. Glasses cleaner is the same stuff. Or a tiny bit of meths.

I don't know, you just can't get the help these days...

I use some muc-off screen cleaner on all our TV/laptop/wii screens and it works a treat, comes with a microfibre cloth. Twas £4-5 off ebay.
