Any thoughts? Any owners? Any experiences?

Looking at one of these as a second car, but wanted to tap into any previous knowledge from the STW oracle.

Cheers in advance folks!

We leased one a couple of years ago and were very impressed, so impressed that we bought a second hand one in October. Impressive MPG, very versatile set up in the back, the seats fold completely flat and move forwards to make more space in the boot if required. We couldn't find a better "mini MPV" option on the market.

Well I lined up a C3 Picasso, Roomster and C-MAX for test drives. First I tried the Picasso and just hated driving it, next tried the Roomster which was great and as I thought it had the best flexibility I went for that - never tried the C-MAX as they didn't have one despite me making an appointment and I thought the Roomster was exactly what I wanted.

We traded an 08 cmax for the Kia Soul. Boot space not rqd and the Soul was better specced over the C3 and with full 7 yr warranty on a 6 month old demo it was a no brainer for us

Citroen
NOOOOOO!
Wife has a normal C3 (54reg) it's a bag of shite, had no end of problems for first few years, it's calmed down now but every bit of plastic trim is hanging off, from roof gutter rails to the footwell trim
Build quality is extremely poor and it's a rattly guttless thing to drive with the most uncomfortable seats I've ever experienced

My old's have one.
They went from a new shape Berlingo to a c3 picasso 1.6 hdi.
They have the 90 hp one and it's rather nice. Smooth, good on diesel and comfy on a longer run. Quite nippy as it's started to run in.
Make sure you try one.

Boot space not rqd

That's the problem - we need the space. I liked the Soul, but it's too small inside.

Cheers all!
