I've put my back out pulling a cracker (fnar fnar). Is it me or are they getting tougher? I jarred my back pulling a cheapo Morrisons. I can't remember what the toy was so clearly it wasn't worth it. Anyhoo, it's day 3 and I keep seizing up. Lots of codamol are taking the edge off but don't wanna think about biking.
I did try a quick round the block which didn't have any effect. Falling off probably didn't help.

Anybody else hurting?

You do realise that you've just added to the statistics of Christmas decoration related injuries, don't you? The sort of people that choke on mistletoe and electrocute themselves on tree lights... 😉

when my back seizes like that, its time to do some aerobic exercise - on the bike or better still go for a run - before you shout, its what works for me 🙂
