Stob Ghabar near Bridge of Orchy. Left the house at 2am to climb the hill in the dark, got to the top to watch sunrise. My father died that year and it was great to just sit on the top of the hill watching the sun come up and remind myself of the good times we had together.

First Xmas in years I've not been for a ride. Pulled a muscle behind my knee yesterday which is giving me gyp today so it has been a day of casual boozing and cookery.
