Kids want to put the tree up now, I said no, not until the 15th... So when do you put the decorations up?

Mine will probably go up on Saturday / Sunday, too - although I'm holding off as long as possible.

October would be a little early I think 🙂

Tree went up on Saturday, the second December arrived I would have had to hobble my Mrs to stop her.

It does make the house feel quite festive though and if makes her happy then how could I refuse?

1st December in our house.

I protest to any mention of Christmas in November, but I'm cool with it in December.

I've been a christmas eve type of person until now, my 2 year olds have been going on about chrismas trees since Friday, I can't resist any longer and it will go up in the next few days

Tree and decorations went up on the 1st of December but, given our kids' school was closed and everybody was housebound, it seemed a good time to do it.

Despite starting a thread saying I wouldn't bother with decorations I've come to realise that it could be rather useful for festive frolics to have a tree and maybe a bit of tinsel up.

Any recommendations for cheap, yet classy decoration stockists?

Silly question, but why the 15th in particular?

If I can be bothered mine will be going up tonight, got everything down from the loft on Sunday, just haven't managed to get it all erected yet.
