I'm heading to a late afternoon / evening session at the velodrome this Saturday. Had a look at trains / buses but its just way too expensive and time consuming to justify. So reluctantly looks like driving is the best option. I've driven before and found parking to be quite simple in nearby streets but I can't remember where I went. What is the best option for this?

Possibly Boden St/Nuneaton St. An industrial estate so no locals to get annoyed about someone taking their space. Close to venue.
There’s parking at the velodrome from memory. There’s quite a bit of semi-industrial activity in the neighbourhood so should t be too hard to find something within ten minutes walk.
