anyone know where I can get the above, cant seem to find in supermarkets?
You can get the dried chipotle chiles in tescos but not in the adobo sauce.

Lupe Pinto's deli on the Great Western Road in Glasgow is my supplier. Pretty sure he has a website as well.
My favourite spice source- so tasty.
Had a risotto last night with one in- was amazing.
