I thought it was fantastic. Not perfect, but brilliant in places, there's something totally solid and compelling about it when it works. Clive Owen was born to play a big miserable ****.

I can't stand Clive Owen but got dragged around to watch CoM at the cinema when it opened. Average premise made worse by the presence of Owen and a horrible cameo from Mr Caine.
The closing music was spot on though
Why would you be scared? I can't remember it being sold as scary, or did I miss something?
I seem to remember thinking that it could have been so much better.
I have now watched it I liked it
