The Mrs & I did a Camembert making course last week. Still young but ready to eat. Should be better in 2 weeks.

Just went looking for cheese in the fridge after seeing that

.......all I could rustle up was a triangle of Laughing Cow. That won't suffice!

1 down, 8 to go. From about 9L of milk straight from the cow.
It was really quite easy, only specialist equipment is the moulds, rennet & starter. Turning the cheese in the moulds was the trickiest part.

Laughing Cow (aka La Vache qui Rit) spread onto toast is inexplicably fabulous. Can't get over how good this seemingly innocuous combo is.
