Looks like I'll be working away for a few months, might look to do AirBnb longer term. But initially, I'll just be staying somewhere central until I get my bearings.
Any tips? (or ones to avoid)
Cheap. Clean. WiFi. Portland Street IBIS looks hard to beat.

Stayed in some apartments called blue rainbow, which were cheap

I'd go for a premier Inn over an ibis, there's a newish one in the city centre. Stayed there last year, great location.

I'd forgot about aparthotels, that would be more convenient for evening food prep.
