Anyone know when ferry companies put sailings for the year ahead on sale? At the moment you can only book up to this September, and I am planning a trip next June (2016). Would be handy to know how long I'm going to need to put off booking everything else.

In my experience the times don't change that much. What route were you thinking?

Unless you're booking a Portsmouth - Santander type ferry you'll have no trouble getting booked on other cross - channel ferries.
Dover - Calais goes every half hour or so.

Sorry, should have been more specific. Going to Cherbourg, don't mind where from. Don't think P&O do that route.
