Going to Cham for a week in April with the Mrs, not to bike more to do stuff on foot, walks/runs.
I'm not familiar with the conditions that time of year, she's happy using an axe and crampons but not really keen on having to climb, certainly not on ice. Anyone have any experience of walking there that time of year? Are we going to have to stay low in the valley to avoid deep snow?

All skiing lifts open until April 21 so would envisage need to stay low.
