[Closed] Central Heating pump - can/should it be serviced or just replaced?

I have got a Celsia Multihead pump that has just stopped working. It feels full of sludge/ muck. After turning it manually and attempting to drown it in WD40 I have got it working a little smoother but it still struggles when I turn the boiler on, it works for a short while then makes a noise that sounds like the sludge is winning and just stops.

I am struggling to open up the pump to give it a good clean out. Are these pumps serviceable or do I need to buy a new one? I have taken the pump off the pipework but cant seem to separate the propeller from the housing.

Do I need to stop being a wimp and try harder to take it to bits or is it a bin job?
Thanks in advance.

Dave.

Probably knackered with all the sludge, especially if it's making noises. I'd look to change it - go for a Grundfos 15/50 or 15/60 depending on the size of your system - but also consider why the system is full of gunge. Do you have a filter on there? Has it been flushed recently? Is there any inhibitor in the system?

Fix the sludge issue before replacing the pump. And get a magnetic filter installed.

Even without sludge they don't last forever, I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th in 21 years in this house. Once they start misbehaving they're on their way out and never seem to last long till they stop completely.
