Fork from a reputable custom frame builder unfortunately. Hoping it will polish out with a bit of muc-off when I get home (on the train...)

Bit of T-cut and a polishing cloth, nobody will know the difference...

There's certainly a crack in the paint.

See there's your problem, I mean, you wouldn't buy a burger from a kebab shop would you?

I’ll bet your grass needs cutting or fence painting or something.

Looks like a hair stuck on the paintwork to me.

Just a smudge, bit of spit on your thumb and she’ll come right off.

It’s buffed up nicely. Can barely see it now.

What does the inside look like, it's not propagated from tyre rub has it?

This is the inside. My only suggestion is that it overheated when the braze-on was added.

Sell it as new and ask for a refund a few years later from the designer.

Looks like a design feature to me. Something that will make your face breathe with the trail

Pfft what you worrying about? There's a good few hours riding left in that. Unless you do a lot of braking or steering or riding over bumps obvs.

A bit of work with a sharpie and I reckon you could get that second picture looking like Bert of Sesame Street.

Surely you have some helicopter tape to patch that?

Clearly you pulled the zip-tie too tight. 200% owner error

A couple of cable ties and a lolly stick will get you another couple of months out of that!

You'll be OK if it's tubeless.
