Western Mail, I'd imagine.

For Cardiff, the most popular is the South Wales Echo, followed by the Western Mail

I just found the "walesonline" site that both those newspapers default to from google.. and there are no obit sections... ( ok it would be too early for this one anyway ) does no one die in Wales?.. or they just don't like telling anyone.

The South Wales Argus might also be relevent, but that's Newport-based rather than Cardiff.

Westemellegoo.

Westemellegoo.

(For those that don't speak the Cardiff dialect of newspaper salesman, that's Western Mail/Echo as in the South Wales Echo. The Mail is as close as you can get to a local broadsheet and is not a bad read for a local rag, and the Echo is the opposite.)
