I've got an old mondeo, it weeps a little fluid,so once a month I top it up,is there any danger when mixing different types/makes of fluid

Had an old Saab 900 with the same . As it was borked i used to top it with engine oil . Actually seemed to make it work better .
Disclaimer . I am an idiot , so try at your peril . Or just buy some more pas fluid ?

On the Mk3 mondeo it causes problems the seals which could make your problem worse. Check the hose fittings to ensure they're tight as my previous Mondeo leaked and it was an embarrassing quick fix.
