Some scum broke into my truck yesterday, how can i fix this damage?

I have seen a bolt in press form that bodyshops use, it was in a specialist catalogue but it is repairable.

Mega, top tip thanks, will it need to be welded too?

Press it flat and weld the surrounding area. If anything you can make it stronger than just plate metal. VW, I believe, used to do lock covers, which stop things being punched through the skin and make it more secure. Should be able to get it for any vehicle, I would hazard a guess.
