as STW seems to be doing a good impression of Camping World at the moment, i thought i'd pick the collective brain on this
the petrie family camp kitchen usually looks like this

these wee piezo ignition single burner hobs are brilliant but what i really need is a kitchen stand to take both of these side by side inside a wind break and also have a space for utensils and ingredients separately maybe something like this
any recommendations??
the cheaper alternative is some upsidedown plastic storage boxes and a cheap windbrake ie' some poles and canvas/plastic sheet, those plastic storage boxes from b+q are good, keep all the kitchen utensils and cookers in them for storage/transport and turn upside down and plonk the cookers on them when your cooking (they dont melt i've done it) those thingys on your link are ok but its more stuff to lug and 70odd quid, im too tight for those, best thing we did was get a power hook up and a electric kettle and toaster, qick brew and toast in the morning, perfect 😀
EDIT we also got a little foldy table about 2ftx2ft for a tenner from decathlon for food prep, spot on
Whatever 2 ring & grill setup is selling cheaply - Go Outdoors have them for around £20 a pop often. Run off a small camping or calor gas bottle - calor is cheaper and you won't run out of it during a holiday on the continent.
Then whatever camp kitchen is going cheap too. The twang together wire mesh ones are quite good, and Aldi have them in every so often.
We use one of these cheap and pretty good quality

Our stove has integral wind shield
I just bought one of these from Kampa.
Kampa Alfresco Double Hob and Grill
It folds up into its own case and is much neater than our old Camping Gaz version. Managed to get it from Yeomans outdoors for £35.00 . I'm pretty impressed with the Kampa range of stuff and have bought a few other bits and pieces.
