Hi all
Missus has had someone scrape her new (to us) car its not bad but we want to get it done.
We have the details of the other driver and know who she is anyway, and she has admitted liability. its a bit complicated as the driver is a carer for the owner of the vehicle who is away in NZ at the moment so we can't get the insurance docs for a couple of weeks.
Can anyone recommend a company to do the work as its probably not worth going through insurance

Don't tell your own insurance company; they will put you down as an accident magnet.
Take it to the nearest back-street garage and get them to put the polisher on it.
Yeah I wondered that, we had the same problem with house insurance once you log a incident they seem to load you even if you pay for the repair yourself
