[Closed] Car audio with rear USB

I am looking for a head unit for my car with a rear mounted USB connection and a remote control. The plan is to get a 32Gb memory stick, and keep most of my music collection in the car with the player set to random. Searching Ebay has brought up many results, but I am not knowledgable regarding what are/aren't good makes. I want something that will put out good sound, is easy to use, and doesn't look like a whore's draws ( the ideal number of flashing lights on anything that I buy is 0 ). What can you recommend?
