...probably. Best ring the airline to check though.
But don't put spray lube in your bike bag. I had a brand new can of GT85 confiscated at Stansted because it had 'extremely flammable' on it. The bloke who took it couldn't explain how I could check deodorant into my luggage with the same label on.
I suspect it just depends who is checking it & how bored/annoyed/happy they are.
