Is it a question mark?
Is it a Philips TV screen with an x-ray image of some blokes arm on it?
Something that size must have hurt when they removed it.

oops wrong thread
But was it a school bus?
An ulna?
No, the bits next to it, the ulna stubbs.
Is it a prong from a watch buckle? or the beak of a baby Robin?
It must be national insert something in yourself day. My younger daughter who apparently actually became an adult yesterday spent this evening in A&E after a bizarre accident with the spring from a pen. Somehow she was pulling this thing from either end when she let go of one end. It then buried itself so deep into her thumb right by the nail that the nurse at the local surgery was unable to extract it hence a trip to A&E. Such amusement did this cause at the local surgery that all three doctors on duty came to have a look.
The bit next to the ulna? A radius then...
Brexit?
No, the bits next to it, the ulna stubbs.
That’s a perchy p answer, that is!
Brexit?
Or the missing Labour party policy on Brexit?
`No baby robins were harmed, no sexual deviancy involved, no political salvation in the removal of Brexit.....

Tooth from a circular saw?
Yep.... Never seen or heard of it happen in the 20 years I've been in the trade.
Took some finding and getting out..... The hospital in Zagreb was superb, 3 hours from arriving to be being stitched up..... Cost me £7
Damn I was thinking circular saw when I said chain saw. Jag61’s wife’s keys was funny though.
That looks particularly dirty, I’d keep a close eye on your leg for any signs of infection.
