Well just watched BBC London news and two looters are saying this was just the start
and more is to come. So don't speak to soon.

Was it not rain that stopped the riots? I think that there could easily be more to come... ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

That's incitement. You should get locked up for that.

You won't be saying that MF if things kick off in your neck of the woods.

Can we have a little friendly riot near a posh bike shop so we can go and nick all the shiny bits we can't afford please?

If the rozzers are reading this - This is not incitement to riot, just a polite question.

A night's rain is worth 10,000 police - from my step-dad a retired copper.

According to Cycling Weekly they knocked over Geoffrey Butler Cycles in Croydon and took a 7000GBP road bike.

After that the owner stayed in the shop to prevent more being taken! I'm taking my hat off to that.

Police are looking for a rioter with shaved legs and a lycra hoody

Yeah right - the average age in Harrogate is about 92. The only chance of a riot here would be if Betty's Tea Rooms ran out of Fat Rascals on pension day.

They had a good go at Evans in Manchester apparently. I think there's a lot more to come yet. I'd dreading our other annual rain free evening

I dont reckon there will be much more to be honest. Too many police active now and threats of water canon plus the sentences being handed down/social housing evictions etc should deter most.

I think it's likely we'll see some problems but they'll be racial tensions bubbling over rather than looting and burning.
