As above please need somewhere honest and reasonably priced , I have an oldish car in need of a new MOT but I don't know the area & can't afford to be bent over by Kwik Fit and the like!

Council MOT test centres. They only MOT only, don't do repairs, so no incentive to fail you. Plus, they like doing it, as it helps keep them in a job!
